Description

"All right," I said. "I have to admit, you're very good at bodyguarding. . ."

"Yup!" Freya said cheerfully. "I'm the best bodyguard!"

". . . and for dungeon delving, there's no one better to back me up. . ."

"Dungeons are my middle name!" Freya smiled.

". . . and I have to admit that you're also very good at carrying gear down into the ruins for investigation. . ."

"But?" Freya asked.

". . . but could you please put on a shirt?" I winced. "It's a little hard explaining to the others at the Dungeon Delving Guild why my assistant is. . ." I gestured helplessly at her nearly bare chest.

Freya glanced down at herself, then back up at me. "You don't like my breasts?" she asked.

I could tell there was no good answer to that question, so I just groaned and put my face in my hands.

the artwork is executed well, the texturing that you did with the computer is nice and clean. The spear looks pretty appropriate for the times, as well as the presence of a sword. She's also pretty jacked, which was more than likely the case. i like the torso/trunk area from the bottom of the chest to about where the girdle stops.

it seems like you're mixing details, though i don't know if this is intentional and meant to reflect the nomadic nature of vikings?(scottish kilt, turqoise ?, viking accoutrement). by naming her freya, you're putting some expectation of accuracy on the piece relating to viking society or the eddas. Brisingamen is nowhere to be found, nor her chariot, cloak, husband, hall, etc. It's a fact of note that no viking warrior would walk around with shoes like that or lacking any kind of shield. Also, a warrior of this stature and wealth would almost definitely be wearing chainmail.

As far as the technical aspects of the piece are concerned, there are a few things that i noticed. the shadow below her does not seem to touch her feet. The tail seems over-simplified when compared with the rest of the work. And i know it's common for anthropomorphic art, but the tits are wayyy too big for her body. even that pose makes them look unbelievable.
