Another character from Ines story line, I wanted Sylvia to look younger, kind of bookworm-ish without loosing her cherful nature.
Unlike Ines, this picture took me days to finish even when it is not that complex I hate being sick...
She's very cute. The glasses give her that intelligent look (which is usually there because of actual intelligence of sorts), and she still retains all that cuteness. Not to mention the uniform, and the fact that she's a doggirl, make her seem very loyal and kind.
Very nice character design. ^_^
I'd say she'd pull off bookworm if not for the giant sword. I don't know many bookworms that carry around weaponry almost their size. A wonderful picture.
Also, the knees... of course I also hate knees, and joints of any kind for that matter. (They are evil and hard to draw.)
you got the schollar and the cheerful things just fine X) The first thing I noticed when I saw the pic was those glasses. I luv them!! X3 I dunno, I think there should be more characters like Sylvia X) Glasses are smexy.
Then the outfit. It looks like a scientific-slash-warrior. The world needs more like her X)
And finally, the name. I love how you use real names for your characters. I think it gives them a little extra spark of life to your characters or something like that.
BTW: When are you gonna let us know more about your stories? They sound sweet, something really enjoyable to read.
Ah, quite a cool looking character there. I personally like girls with glasses... And there's something quite attractive with girls wielding big two-handed swords (Probably power attraction there <.<. Your color and art is as good as ever (Even though it may have taken time), despite that you're sick at the time being. I cant just help but to wonder how fast she wags her tail when she's pleased o.o
OMG, she looks SWEET, love!
I was actually thinking the whole coat'd be blue and just put a placeholder spot of color when I sent you the proof, but that's a damn good result w/ the half white, half blue! Needless to say, another fantastic color job--you've already heard my complaints before, but with the full version, she still is mighty cute! Now for her sassier side....
another day, another (And I hope to have something to make you feel better soon, love )
