Description

A tribal forest princess. Wood elves with bows are a cliche that cannot be avoided, but it is fun to give it a twist ;)

Nude version will follow.

I have an appreciation of the way this was done, there's a lot more here than any typical "Elf", even considering the variety. We're used to seeing Fair-skinned elven running around the woods in remotely restrictive clothing, or even chain-mail, with bows, and being excellent huntsmen/huntswomen. Here you've eliminated the implausibility of such a thing. The figure of the Elf in question also breaks the mold of the traditionally thin Elven peoples.

Realistically, if she's as strong as the picture implies, it's not surprising that she has a more prominent bosom than most, which is something that you excel in, and here it's put to an even more creative end, when one's pectorals tighten underneath, it's thought that their bosom becomes perky, moreso presented on their chest because of the reinforcement. Another interesting take on this, is the black hair - once again, breaking a mold for the general stereotypical elf, Dark colored hair is rare, at least in most versions of the elven cultures, but if one were to think about it, it's not so surprising that Silje has dark colored hair.

While not overly muscular, the anatomy of this character is done quite well, simply judging from the hypothetical of her diet, high protein specifically, she seems well developed. sort of an off note.

While not an accomplished artist myself, the use of forest/wood print backdrops, that act like a wall, make this piece all the more thrilling to examine. One could say it's a simple backdrop, while others could argue it's simply one part of the forest. I enjoy the almost farmer's tan color of the skintone here. It gives a bit more tone down to an excitable situation. The Intricacies of the background astound me thoroughly, and the simple, yet complex design of the character's clothing and accessories overall lend to the skill of the artist's control over their tools of the trade.

Overall, I like how this piece continues to inspire slightly down to earth, and more accurate to the picture in my mind of what a member of the Wood Elves would look like.
